Collection: Wind Series

The "Wind Series" of vases was first created by Pat Bavin in the fall of 1989.  Pat wanted to portray a sense of freedom he felt from the flowing movement of wind and water. 

Ryan Bavin continues to make this series in the way that Pat taught him early in his glass career.

Colours are chosen for their compatibility, contrast and natural hues. This group of elegant vases continues to be one of our popular decorative choices. The wispy, dark colour is actually red glass, which is pulled into tiny threads and mixed with white creating a variety of hues.  Other colours are added to the mix to create the final colourway.
