Welcome to Bavin Glassworks

Bavin Glassworks is located at 4884A Athalmer hwy, across from the airport in Invermere, BC. We are a working studio/gallery established in the Columbia Valley in 1988. The public is welcome to watch us produce handmade blown glass in our hot shop . The same building is home to our gallery where we sell our glass. In the gallery we also represent over 35 other artists from around western Canada in the mediums of Glass, Metal and Clay. New for 2006, is our new cabin gallery located at Panorama Mountain Village.

Demonstrations

People can view the glass artists at work, generally Wednesday to Saturday between 10am and 1pm from early March to late October. However, we do give formal glassblowing demonstrations every Thursday at 11am, again from early March to late October. Those who attend the demo have the chance to win the demo piece!

We open 7 days a week from 10am- 6pm in the summer and open Monday to Saturday 10am-5pm for the remainder of the year.
